Payment Solution Options

TOTALPAY payment solutions are available as two options - Purchase Order Agreement and Rental Payment
Agreement.

Acquire products immediately with payments spread over the life of the solution

The Rental Payment Agreement is a payment plan your customer will likely be familiar with - most will have similar plans in place for items such as photocopiers and printers.

Our agreement is similar but unlike photocopier plans can fund intangibles such as software, cloud and services.

  • Similar to a photocopier rental - simple - rates are comparable and competitive AND include the option to cover software, cloud and maintenance
  • Easily add upgrades, new purchases to original agreement
  • No Partner approval process
  • Deal sizes from $5k and upwards
  • Rental Agreement is between Customer and Finance Provider

Payment Process

  • Customer is ‘approved’ & signs rental payment agreement
  • Customer provides a purchase order to you for the agreed price including finance
  • Partner invoices Finance Provider for a pre-agreed dollar amount, generally settled within 48 hours of receiving all required documentation
  • Customer commences making regular monthly / quarterly / annual payments to Finance Provider
  • Reseller recognises revenue and profit now

A simple opex solution to purchase via a set instalment plan.

The Purchase Order Agreement will be new to both you and your customer.

This agreement allows you to provide payment solutions to your customers on your letterhead - this
is not an invoice factoring facility or arrangement.

  • Simple short form purchase order reduces customer objections and accelerates approval process
  • Partner can add their brand to the documentation
  • With approval Partner can bill and collect from the Customer as usual
  • One-time application and approval process for Partners

  • Customers must have excellent credit history

Payment Process

  • Reseller ‘accredited’ by Finance Provider and signs Master Sale Agreement
  • Customer signs Partner branded purchase order to acquire product via monthly / quarterly / annual instalments over a set term/period
  • Reseller sells the instalment stream to the Finance Provider for a pre-agreed dollar amount
  • Reseller is paid the agreed amount & Customer commences instalment plan
  • Reseller recognises revenue and profit now
